Bear Lake Raspberries

We went to Laketown and picked "official Bear Lake raspberries" last week! We went with Kami Mckinnon and her family, and our friend Ben. We had so much fun! We did most of the picking while the kids ran up and down the rows playing. Right before we decided to leave Kami thought she heard a rattlesnake. Come to find out there's a bunch in the area. So it most likely was! YIKES!! But in the end we picked about 2 flats each. Kami came right home and made raspberry freezer jam the next day. I ate a whole, whole bunch and then froze the rest to make jam later. YUM! I'm sad to see the season come to an end, nothing is better than fresh raspberries.
